For weight lifting exercise, I have tried many different times to craft my own agenda. But to be honest, it stresses me out. I tend to be an over-thinker, and am constantly planning out what my day/week/month/year should look like. So when it comes to my workouts, I straight up do not want to think anymore than I have to. I want to focus on my mind and body connection, and I want to breathe through whatever move I am trying to tackle. I do not want to be calculating how many reps I have done, if I worked enough, and if I should do another set. So to tackle this, I use Caroline Girvan workouts on YouTube, and I absolutely love them.
Some good videos to focus on for weight lifting exercise
These are some of my favorites linked below. The reason I am sharing someone else’s routines is because I am not a personal trainer. I am not going to try to pretend that I know how to craft the perfect routine. And to be honest, I do not want to share a routine that I didn’t even enjoy that much myself (if I shared something I had made). I want to expose you to content that I thoroughly enjoy, which is Caroline Girvan’s Youtube. 🙂
In the future I would like to spend more time on creating my own workouts, but for now, I will share some videos that I loved from a woman who has truly helped me get juicy muscles. I will share 3 now, and continue to share them in this tab as I do them in the future.
^ this last video is the one where I knew this person was going to help me grow so much, and I am so thankful that I found her channel and this upload.
As you go through these workouts, Caroline does a great job reminding everyone how to keep good form, but please, take a second or two to check in with yourself with all the moves you do. Does it hurt? If so, readjust or drop weight. Practice good form instead just getting more reps. Overtime, the proper form will be more beneficial for your body and better for your intentional muscle activations, leading to more muscle growth in the future.
